Roads, Regulation, and the Friction of Limitless Motion

 The rules of the road, by which most will be tempted to illegalize the situation in order to maintain at least this limitation, insofar as it is within their power, and over which traffic and policing are overarching and persistent. However, the illegalization of the rules will be arbitrary in the matter of analysis, since certain rules will always be maintained. The usage of roads, for instance, instead of sidewalks, private property, open fields. Another would be the lanes, the direction in which to drive, signage, traffic symbols, which will all prove to be fatal with slight deviation.


The fatality factor marks the strongest argument of its limitations, as it constantly is ideated in most motor decisions, so that in the activity of the limitless state, they are always in interaction with what is dangerous, with the fact of their mortality in any given scenario. The decision making during the usage of a motor vehicle proves contrary to the persona that is ascribed to the vehicle driver.


Thus, the motor vehicle is a junction of important philosophical frustration, in which it both postulates the capability of individuals to be in any territory, and the constant mortality of selfhood in every choice during the utilization of the vehicle. In some sense, mortality and immortality are a constant determinant of the driver.


This duality is quite extraordinary in its nature, for it compels one to always administer a decision which will be decided in concern of the other’s mortality or their respective mortality. When such decisions are in the thousands, it becomes an avenue of moral exhaustion and frustration, which is hoped to be resolved by the persona of the driver, exemplifying a limitless potential. We arrive at an understanding where the matter of personifying a limitless potential is concerned, we will also be in the dealings of the moral decisions which will define who shall be a part of that potential and who shall be at the periphery, who shall be disregarded for their mortality.


This is a matter in all the affairs of the centric locale, which is dealt in a constant strain of moral questions. As the unlimited expanse to be accessed, it will identify obstacles which the decision will be made to either disregard for continued boundlessness or dealt as a form of frustration in the system that is not perfect, an environmental hazard. For instance, traffic is quite difficult to circumvent and thus is incorporated reluctantly as an environmental hazard to otherwise a sound philosophy in its political form.


In an instance of governmental affairs, the oversight of its citizens will be without any stimulus, thus one can live and die to a government that would not acknowledge their existence. As well, a country becomes filled with “strangers”, since they are not in participation with political affiliation and it would seem as if everyone is problematic unless otherwise determined not so. It is also in this effect that the strangers which the government has perceived as such, will self identify in the same regard and will detach from the social body, proving a nuisance on interactive social affairs. As when I approached a dog with sympathy, its owner remarked, “go about your business”, as if we are not in the same business of sociality under a single political entity. Such that he is walking a street with an identity that he is an intrinsic state entity, which my approach has seemed to be of the like of one country invading another.


With the acknowledgement of the political body, they arrive at a moral quandary as to continue the limitless expanse or take account for the environmental hazards. Had it engaged with all of its citizens in some capacity, the philosophy as we know it would cease to exist, and without an alternative, the country would subsequently decline. Similar to the driver who takes action towards their car centric frustrations, which will cause their entire method of transportation to be questioned, with the eventual removal of the vehicle from their transportation.


It is no coincidence that the major cities and thus the emanating culture is predisposed towards public transportation. Firstly, the private mode, having met such frustrations, will disallow the philosophy of the centric locale, despite the compensating persona of the vehicle driver to be of that nature. The solution to this is to be sympathetic to the driving of another human, so that the capabilities are still there, in terms of any locality to be within reach, while still relinquishing those frustrations which impede the philosophy to take effect. One may wonder as to the frustrations of public transport, in that they must abide by its system and restrict access in a limited amount of locations.


This can be ordered by the fact that those limited locations are the only relevant locations to which an unlimited expanse should take effect. The unlimited nature means everywhere, however, particular locations are worthwhile, while others are deficient and prove no stimulus in concern with the expansiveness of a human being. Therefore, the private driver will utilize the vehicle towards localities which are worthwhile to a perceived public, thus becoming recognized in the public transport system. When we attend to the reality of these mappings, we will acknowledge the contrary, that it is only in suburbia that such takes place, which already is defined by being reliant on its tributary, the city.


Whatever location there is that presumes to be worthy in the suburb is under the rubric of a general deficiency of suburbia. Even a weakened locality in the city will prove more effective in an attachment to culture, and consequently this philosophy of unlimited expanse. The driver of suburbia is headed towards a locality with a presumed persona of unlimited expanse, when in that location does not delineate such a pronounced philosophy. While the simple entrance into the city, despite the private persona of the vehicle goer, will offer a complete embodiment of the advancing philosophy without any deterrents. Such that we are saying a pronounced idea, that suburbia is not to be considered a part of the unlimited map, being a tributary of the city which is deserving of both the map and public recognition with its transportation.


We simply imagine that the city contains public transportation because it encompasses more people, being a practical measure to couple the transportation in making movement most effective. However, even as such a view is prevalent in the city, it is also only there that they are taking stock of its subtle human movements. Suburbia does not commune in a body that accounts for its particular movements because it does not assume such to be important, for they are not acting to be effective or in any other capacity. They enact a sort of body, but one which does not account for its square space and thus most of the “strangers” of the centric locale are within suburbia’s borders. Even as the city deals with quite a population, its residents do not receive the impression of being ignored by the political entity and neither does the city body portray such a sentiment. The city becomes the solution to the stranger problem, in which nobody fears to be lost, alone yes, but lost from the system is not a normal interaction.


The residents of the city utilize public transport to alleviate the philosophical burden which a motor vehicle maintains. Every resident contains a certain appreciation for the city’s dynamical fashion, and seeks to partake in such a sense of absoluteness to which public transportation makes possible. The motor vehicle participation within the city is sometimes a mechanism to partake in that communal entity, and not to be treated as a mode for unlimited expansion. One may own a vehicle, so as to gain a certain form of housing, extraterrestrial from their actual mode of residence. It offers housing and mobility so that one could technically reside in each part of the city, thus being on the receiving end of more city-like interaction.


In stance of the presumed mode of the motor vehicle, which is to be a manner with unlimited territory, the residents of a city enjoin the vehicle to contain a mobile locality in a particular limited space of the city. This would be more clearly demarcated by the notion that other vehicles of any kind will be entertained, which would even be partially immobile vehicles that can still rest on the city streets. These vehicles seem to be a mechanism to transport through locations, as would be presumed in greater America, however, it is only a method to partake in the city in a more intimate or residing manner. When the locations of interest are disconnected from the publicly ordained junctions of recognition, then the vehicles will not be its method of transportation and only the motor vehicle will be reluctantly used.
